Microgreens were my first recent book adventure. They're mini, gourmet ,edible greens that don't need much space or skill to grow. And they're super healthy and taste great.
'How to Grow Microgreens, Nature's Own Superfood, is now selling in at least eleven countries including USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and China. It's in four languages.
Along with New Zealand, it seems that a lot of the world hasn't met microgreens yet .
NZ House & Garden magazine Entertaining Editor, Sally Butters said ...
"Your book has been a real inspiration to me. I have had so much satisfaction from my first attempt at growing microgreens ? Radish, rocket, cress, snowpeas and mustard streaks. They all came up perfectly and now I?m munching my way through them. Your book is an excellent guidebook ? I hope it's a runaway success! "

'A Green Granny's Garden, A year of the good life in Grey Lynn', came next.
It's the confessions of a novice urban veggie gardener - Fionna!
Fionna kept a diary for a year of gardening adventures in an organic community vegetable garden and enjoyed eating the fresh produce she and her fellow gardeners produced.
She learnt heaps from this great environment and there was a lot of fun along the way.
